Rules and Regulations

1. The “Penang State Museum & Art Gallery Popular Music 
1940s,1950s & 1960s Graffiti Art Competition” is open to 
participant age 13 years and above.
2. Each entry must be a team of four (4).
3. This competition is limited to the first 15 entries only.(first come
first served basis)
4. Participant(s) must bring their own spray paints and face masks.
5. Participant(s) graffiti art must comply and reflect to the theme
“Penang's Popular Music 1940s,1950s & 1960s”.
6. Graffiti art produced must be an original work of the participant(s)
to qualify in the competition.
7. Participant(s) who produce any graffiti art work with any element
of violence, politic, pornography or nudity for the competition will
be disqualified from the competition.
8. Participants can use mixed medium which must include spray paint
as a medium.
9. Participants will be given 120 minutes to finish their artwork.
(8.45am-10.45am)
