Attacks on DAP indicate general election is near: Guan Eng

GEORGE TOWN: Attacks on the DAP and recent events are clear indications that the general election would be held in March or April next year, said its secretary-general Lim Guan Eng.

“The party has been under the 3Rs’ attack (religion, race and Raja) by its political opponents.

“If Pakatan Rakyat is to retain power in the next general election, we must do the people’s work and give them hope,” he said at the opening of the state DAP convention at the Komtar Geodesic Dome.
